nice apartment. good size for 5 people. near to train stations and shops. nice terrace.

Location was out of the centre but train and bus stops were nearby which took you straight into the main parts of London within 30 minutes or so. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. it was pleasant enough.
The toilet seat was not fixed properly and was awkward to use. Some of the towels were still damp and the bath mat had been used to dry the bathroom floor and was really wet. The host wasn't ready for our arrival at 3:15pm after agreeing a 3-4pm check-in. I was waiting around for 30 minutes before I could enter. One of the mattresses was quite uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs in the mattress.

Me and my friend spent the weekend here with our 4 children aged 7 to 17 in May 2025 and have to say I was extremely impressed by the whole experience. The apartment is stunning and has a modern show home feel to it. Everything was immaculately clean on our arrival with extra brand new duvets if we needed them.
Something that really stood out was the lovely little extras that had been left by our host Claudia, such as lovely M&S bath salts and body moisturiser that had been left on a bath board, room sprays and Reed diffusers in every room. The fridge was also stocked with fresh milk, butter and eggs and fresh bread in the cupboard. Tea, coffee and sugar were supplied alongside a Tassimo coffee machine with an ample supply of XL coffee pods to use.
Claudia was so easy to contact and sent details of our stay via WhatsApp before we arrived. We had arrived in London quite early on the morning so travelled into the centre for a few hours prior to check in. I contacted Claudia via telephone for some advice on the best way to travel to the apartment. She was really helpful and provided both tube and underground options.
Another lovely highlight of the stay was the outside terraced area which we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the sunshine both mornings.
All in all a fantastic stay and a definite recommendation from us 😀
