Clean, well equipt apartment with friendly hosts who go out of their way to help and everything you need for a comfortable stay was thought of. This place was a wonderful retreat from a day of sightseeing in Modena and nearby towns. It's a nice walk to the centre and the market is only 25 min walk. I walked to and from the centre twice.
It's a 40 min walk to the station (which I did a couple of times) or two buses to make it there, bedroom was a bit noisy due to traffic day and night on the main road.
