L'appartamento è ampio, moderno, con dotazione completa e di qualità. Si apprezza la cura dell' arredamento, di alto livello. Tutto è praticamente nuovo. L'accoglienza della proprietaria è stata molto positiva.

I like that the kitchen is well equipped - air fryer, induction cooker, blender, pain grillé.. I was able to prepare meals from the fresh ingredients bought from the mercato which was 3mins away. The apartment is also a walking distance to the train station and to the marina port. It is very clean and according to the caretaker the apartment was renovated not a long time ago and it's evident with the furniture and the appliances. Francis was accommodating and was able to explain in Spanish to my husband briefly the house rules. The lighting is perfect, the decorations are nice. The ambience is superb. It is like living in an apartment hotel.
No beach or mountain view because it's located in the city center and surrounded with other buildings too. There is no elevator and it is located on the 3rd floor so it's a good warm up before the daily walk😃
