Nice layout of the villa, sizable pool with grill & fridge, parking on property, large kitchen well equipped and separated by a sliding door from living room, effective A/C, view onto passing trains, seemed secure, proximity to Cannes, very accommodating agent Maeva, true description of 3 bedrooms.
Slippery bathroom floor - very unsafe (!), cheap furniture, cheap fixtures, cheap plastic “grass” lawn, no beach, unswept exterior spaces, downstairs (“fourth bedroom”) not at all usable due to stink so ubiquitous in this humid coastal area, agent did not provide beach & restaurant advice for the immediate area, agent charged wrong damage deposit
