Very modern room, clean and pleasant. The room as such is definitely of a high standard. Nice balcony with a very pleasant view. Overall, perfect for a stopover.
Why the early check-out at 10? This is a bad habit that is spreading among hotels. It used to be 12 everywhere, then more and more places started with 11, and now 10 AM is starting to pop up here and there. This has to stop.
Otherwise, the cleaning staff shouldn't enter the room at 08.54. I had a late arrival the previous night and was still in bed. Also, she knocked and then immediately opened the door without waiting for an answer (and closed it as soon as she realized I was in there, of course). You should wait for at least 3 seconds, preferably 6 or 7, knocking twice.
Hotel is brand new, but soundproofing from corridor is poor. The cleaning lady's phone was quite loud, as was her answering. Given the poor sound insulation, greater care should be kept to keep the volume as low as possible.
I didn't order breakfast (nor did I want one), but I was offered to buy it for 15 EUR. That's way too expensive for the tiny buffet that was available. 5 EUR would have been OK, not more.
