The apartment itself is lovely - very spacious, great pool and very convenient parking for a car or bikes in the garage. The location is great as it’s a short walk into town, but very quiet at the apartment.
The team at Mari & Monti were very responsive and tried to solve any problems quickly.
When we arrived there were considerable maintenance works taking place in the apartment, so our terrace area was covered in scaffolding for the entirety of our stay. This considerably impacted the view throughout the stay and also resulted in workmen working on our terrace for one of the days, which meant we couldn’t use it and it was very noisy / dusty. The team apologised and said they has no prior knowledge of the building works, but couldn’t do anything about it.
We had an issue with the shower leaking water from the drain in arrival, but the team fixed this very quickly, which was appreciated.
