The apartment is very well equipped with all the necessary things in the living room - kitchen, bathroom and small bedroom, Internet is OK. Who knows Nea Flogity (we have stayed more than five times) this is a very good location, close to the beach, the central street and shops, and in a quiet and peaceful street. You can mostly park on the street or in the surrounding parking lot.
We carefully studied both positive and negative comments and adjusted to the negative ones. We stayed for 10 days, since there is no change of bed linen and towels, we brought our own. It is not the host's responsibility, but there was no light in the corridor on the ground floor all the time, so we used the lamp on our mobile phone in the evening.

It is a very well equipped apartment. It has all the needed kitchen amenities, it was clean and an excellent location. Very nice terrace to relax during the day and night. In general it is excellent.
We didn't like the bath (shower) it is too small and not flat, it's intended to sit in it.
The internet is not fast as expected, even it is a 5G connection with a router. I believe the issue is related to the network coverage in Nea Flogita itself. Basically, there are too many people/devices and the network is not designed for that many.

Overall, everything is just like in the pictures — clean, with fresh-smelling towels and bed linens.
The terrace is spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped, bathroom also, including shampoos, soaps, laundry detergent, and more. Lot of towels for change. The apartment is truly well-equipped — from clothespins to plates, cutlery, and all kinds of kitchenware, even a ladder! :) We even found spices in the kitchen, which was a nice touch.
There are quite a few mosquitoes, but all the windows have mosquito screens, which provide good protection.
Everything works perfectly, and the host was always available for any questions or assistance.
The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, with two grocery stores also within a 2-minute walk, and a third one about 4 minutes away. The town center is only two streets from the apartment, and the best ice cream in Flogita is practically right in front of the building! There’s plenty of parking available on the street where everyone usually parks (we stayed at the end of June 2025).
We had a few minor issues during our stay.
First, the shower in the bathroom is quite small — it's difficult for an adult to move around comfortably inside.
The water heater is small and set to 1.5 (on a scale of 3), and it cannot be adjusted. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough hot water for a family of four to shower, especially since the kitchen uses the same hot water supply.
Additionally, the host advised us not to leave the boiler on while away from the apartment for safety reasons. There’s no regular switch to turn it on/off — it can only be controlled via the circuit breaker, which is not very convenient.
It would also be helpful to have more towel hooks in the bathroom, as there are currently only two.
The air conditioning works very well in the living area, but the bedroom is farther away and doesn’t cool down as effectively.
