The property was exactly as described and fully met our expectations. The interior was nice, clean, and cozy, featuring everything we needed. The patio was quite spacious and included a charming table and chairs. Check-in went fast and effortlessly. We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again.

Die Lage war ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, parken konnten wir direkt vor dem Tor.
Check In lief über eine Schlüsselbox. Den Gastgeber haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, er war aber jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet.
Man ist in ca. 20/25 Minuten am Lengarica Canyon.
Im Center von Përmet haben wir sehr lecker gegessen: im „Sofra Përmetare“ und in der „Astia Pizzaria“
Der Fluss liegt fussläufig 10min. von der Wohnung weg.
Es gibt recht viele Strassenhunde in der Gegend, die haben ab und zu recht lange gebellt.
Und der Hahn fängt alle paar Stunden an zu krähen - auch nachts ;-)

Newly furnished apartment with everything you could need for your stay. We were especially thankful for the laundry machine after 8 days of traveling around. Communication with the host was easy and quick, I always received a response within an hour or so. Check-in was self-check, instructions were detailed and easy to follow, we had no trouble finding the place. I liked it that the apartment is not in the very central area but a little outside of it. We went on foot to an old bridge nearby, and it was a pleasant walk.
There is no air conditioning, so it was very hot in the evenings. We didn't want to open the window in the living room as there was no mosquito net, so we only opened the bedroom but it was not enough when it was 38C outside. If there is a mosquito net and an air conditioner, it would be much better.
There were also a couple of roosters in the neighbourhood which went crazy at 2 am every morning. I realize the host has nothing to do with that but if you are a light sleeper, you might have some very early mornings :)

Établissement pris pour une nuit, il était confortable et suffisant.
Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas le lave linge comme décrit dans l’annonce, de même, il manquait aussi les ampoules dans les lampes de chevets ainsi que des couteaux pour manger.
