Vaatimaton, mutta käyttökelpoinen. Erillisen rakennuksen ylemmässä kerroksessa. Parkkitilaa löytyy melko hyvin kadun varrelta. Hyvin hiljainen asuinalue. Asunnossa äänekkäästi narisevat lattiat ja portaat, jotka ei yläkerran asukasta häiritse, mutta jos saat majoituksen alakerrasta, saat kuunnella yläkerran jokaista askelta.
Asuinympäristö tulee mieleen ennemmin DDR kuin Ranska. Mitään palveluita ei ole kohdalla. Ainoa kauppa lähellä on Lidl, ja sekin on sunnuntaina kiinni. Ainoa ravintola lähellä ei tarjoile ruokaa sunnuntaina. Muut on Kebab ja noutopizza. Älä ota useampaa yötä tähän kohteeseen. Jos palaan alueelle, valitsen toisen kaupungin.

Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe Gute Lage Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Es hat an nichts gemangelt Die Besitzer sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und manche türen quietschen, was für bereits schlafende Personen schwierig ist.
