HÎtel moderne et confortable avec un service attentionné. Bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville.
Chambre avec une fenĂȘtre donnant sur un espace fermĂ© super exiguĂ« avec un Ă©clairage façon "jour".. Pas de fenĂȘtre donnant sur l'extĂ©rieur (mais certaines chambres ont des fenĂȘtres donnant sur l'extĂ©rieur). Domotique excessive. Façade de l'hĂŽtel peu engageante.

Felt more like a 5-star hotel, being honest, from the reception to the room, and the lavish buffet breakfast - everything was super comfortable, modern, and clean! The room even had a massage chair, which I loved.
The receptionists were all extremely friendly and even helped me organize a carpooling trip to the Bazhiang Falls, as it's quite difficult and expensive to go on your own.
They always provide you with free water and even free fruit daily.
Upon entering the room, for some reason, I would smell cigarette smoke despite my windows being closed. I had a window leading to a shaft, which was nicely decorated as a fake window and honestly, I loved the touch. So I am not sure if it was cigarette smoke or some incense, but the room had an air purifier as well, so I just used that and I was fine.
Additionally, there's a constant humming noise, likely from the air conditioning compressor, which, although I still managed to sleep without issue, could be bothersome for some people. I had room no. 8228, which was right next to the laundry room, meeting and gym room - these areas should be closed off by 9 pm at the latest, as I could hear people talking inside the meeting room and also the laundry, but it was only once this happened.
