Lovely Family Home

The house was clean and comfortable and the host was very helpful. The shared kitchen is large and receives plenty of natural light. There is also a shared sitting room. The property is about twenty minutes walk from the town centre and is convenient to the main roads towards Bangor and towards Portaferry.

The description was unclear; it seemed to me that I would be staying in a room in the host's residence and that the room would be en-suite ("The property features a private bathroom, wardrobe, and a dining area.") Another guest said he had the same impression as I did. In actuality, the host lives off site and there are three bedrooms, each with its own lock. Guests share one bathroom plus an additional toilet. There is no private dining area, but the shared kitchen is large and adequately equipped. The bedroom did include a wardrobe, with an adequate supply of hangers. The only indoor bin was in the kitchen; I've suggested to the host that he put bins in the bathroom and the toilet room - this short-coming is very easily rectified.

Location . Everything was very clean. If I was going there with my family it would be ideal.. Beautiful kitchen, Lounge was great . Off street parking for 1 car.

It was a room in a house . So the bedroom had a single bed, wardrobe, table and 1 chair. Everything else was shared , so price was too high
