La casa es muy funcional y está en un lugar ideal para Mantua si vas en coche a visitar toda la región: se puede llegar en coche (fuera de la zona ZTL), hay aparcamiento factible por la zona, pero todo ello justo donde empieza el centro histórico, a unos 10 minutos de las piazzas del centro. Está en un barrio tranquilo, que te permite el descanso y tiene todo lo necesario, sin apretaduras (es una casa muy amplia).
La casa es un tanto impersonal y falta un salón de verdad, es como si estuviera diseñada para estudiantes más que para el turismo. El proceso de registro y recogida de llaves es un poco cansino y el supuesto enlace para abrir la puerta de entrada no funcionó en primera instancia, nos tuvieron que abrir la puerta del portal. También tuvimos un corte de luz por poner el horno y microondas a la vez y los plomos están en el sótano, ojo. Y lo que se puede arreglar mañana mismo: no hay sartenes! y sumado a que no hay tostadora, el tema del desayuno se complica bastante. Tampoco hay tazas, por extender un poco.

Comoda la posizione, appartamento pulito e con dotazione completa. Mobili moderni e funzionali. Graditissima la bottiglia di Champagne per festeggiare!
Al posto della lavanderia forse ci sarebbe stato un bagno cieco. Mancava la lavastoviglie. Mancava anche qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più.
