Budget Lovely Flats by the Forest Tram Stop in Nottingham

Perfect little spot with easy access to trams and city. Ideal for our contractors to stay in. Very helpful host.

Great location, right across from the tram stop. Good well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was lovely. Great communication from host.

It was very noisy when the windows were open, which can't be helped due to perfect location, but this made the bedrooms a bit stuffy.

The location apposite the tram stop is good for getting around. There is some noise from the tram but not intrusive at all. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is reasonably well equipped so you can cook. Host very responsive.

The shared entry hall is horrific. Plaster falling off, random bannisters missing-looks like something out of Trainspotting. Many people would turn round and walk away at this point but actually it is much better when you are in the flat. Reasonable standard of décor. The bathroom window does not close (kept reasonably warm though by the radiator blasting out heat). There is no heat in the kitchen/dining area so its cold if you are sitting for any length of time. Good TV but have to cart the sofa over to watch it or use a telescope to see and bed layout is a bit reminiscent of a dormitory rather than a domestic space but OK for the money.
