Die Wohnung ist modern, frisch renoviert und sehr gepflegt. Besonders angenehm waren die Klimaanlage und die komfortable, großzügige Dusche. Für einen kurzen Urlaub ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Etwas enttäuschend war allerdings die Darstellung der Terrasse in der Anzeige. Auf den Fotos wirkt sie wie ein direkter Bestandteil der Wohnung, tatsächlich ist sie jedoch nur über das gemeinsame Treppenhaus des Hauses zugänglich und gehört nicht exklusiv zur Wohnung. Zudem ist sie nicht vollständig abgegrenzt, sodass wir sie leider nicht so nutzen konnten, wie wir es aufgrund der Beschreibung erwartet hatten.
