Σύγχρονα και ευρύχωρα στούντιο. Με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Καθαριότητα. Ωραίος φωτισμός. Καλή τοποθεσία όσον αφορά την εύρεση πάρκινγκ στους γύρω δρόμους. Κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.
Έλλειψη βεράντας. Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι δεν ήταν άνετο. Η πολυκατοικία που βρίσκονται όλα τα ενοικιαζόμενα στούντιο είναι σε χάλια κατάσταση χρήζει ανακαίνισης διότι μοιάζει εσωτερικά με εργοστασιακό χώρο. Το ασανσέρ θέλει επειγόντως συντήρηση λείπουν λάμπες τρίζει ολόκληρο και δεν δουλεύουν σωστά οι πόρτες ασφαλείας της καμπίνας.

miniappartamento pulitissimo moderno e accogliente. biancheria di qualità. l'edificio è in fase di ristrutturazione, che effettivamente è necessaria.
Il tastierino all'ingresso, con i tasti sbiaditi e di gomma, danno l'impressione di essere poco igienici. L'ascensore, fatiscente e con un odore persistente di fumo e mozziconi di sigarette sul pavimento.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, doslownie ulice dalej ( dwie minuty spacerkiem) znajduje sie tradycyjna grecka piekarnia, z przemila obsluga, pysznym jedzeniem i swietnymi cenami.
