This is a new apartment on Booking, but you can also find it on Airbnb.
The apartment was really great: clean, comfortable, with good coffee, and a funny host.
We came by car, and it was easy to reach the nearest supermarket (about a 4-minute drive) and the beach.
Special thanks for welcoming pets — this is a pet-friendly apartment, and we really appreciated it.
Nice views in the morning with a cup of coffee, so Italian!
The place is quiet, so you can sleep well. Free private parking is also available.

It would be nice if a self check-in option were available (self check-out already is).
Why? Because we drove a long way and arrived around 22:30, and we felt a bit guilty that the host had to wait to check us in. Sorry.
Also, it would be good to change the lock on the door (we had a funny little adventure with it in the morning).
