Es ist modern eingerichtet , obwohl das Haus schon in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Parkplatzsituation Hatten direkt am ersten Tag ein Zettel am Auto von einem Mieter, dem nicht gefallen hat wo wir geparkt haben. Haben Niemanden zugeparkt oder behindert .

Ampio parcheggio interno. Tranquillità/silenziosità dell' appartamento. Ampia metratura e pulizia interna. Ottima illuminazione. Eccellente fornitura di accessori in cucina con ampi piani di appoggio per qualsiasi oggetto. Addirittura molto graditi i due ampi terrazzi esterni.
Sembrerà incredibile (per chi legge) ma la TV enorme e modernissima aveva vari pacchetti di intrattenimento con film, serie tv, cartoni animati, documentari, ecc..... Ma NON ha i cavi dell' antenna !!!... Se una persona vuole vedere la semplice e normale TV con un qualsiasi canale Rai, Mediaset, ecc. non riesce a vedere nulla. Dietro alla TV c'è solo il cavo della corrente, ma mancano i cavi dell' antenna sia condominiale, sia (eventualmente) quella satellitare.
