J'avais choisi ce logement pour la possibilité d'avoir des lits séparés. Le personnel de ménage mérite une augmentation : c'était exceptionnellement propre, et c'est un critère primordial pour moi. Pas de poussière ni sous les lits ni sur les étagères situées en hauteur. Le logement est très bien agencé et bien équipé.
Rien d'important mais le plombier et l'électricien ne sont pas très doués. Le plombier a inversé les tuyaux d'eau chaude et froide de l'évier et de la douche, et d'autres détails. L'électricien a fait un montage insolite entre les différents interrupteurs et il faut un moment pour comprendre comment allumer la lampe qu'on veut. À noter : le parking dans le quartier est exclusivement payant.

L'appartement est très bien situé et pratique. Équipements ok, accessibilité également.
Attention : le gestionnaire de l'appartement retire la caution de 500€ pendant quelques jours avant de la rendre. Cette dépense imprévue est inédite et peu appréciable.
