Absolutely amazing stay family of 5. Home from home but with a 10 min walk to the beach . We had the pleasure to meet Dan he was so lovely and welcoming and let us check in early . The house is beautiful and all the little touches made it extra special, lovely comfy beds , soft towels , hamper for us , hairdryer , iron , straighteners , lots of cutlery, big tv , honestly you need to book !! Can’t wait to come Back again - thank you for a amazing stay x

Great hosts - responsive, provided very clear checkin instructions and info on the local area. Very modern, open plan home Very clean. Great amenities and nice thoughtfull touches. Great decor and outside space Quiet area. Very safe. Will not hesitate to book again

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at this property! The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, modern, safe and spotlessly clean — everything felt fresh and everything was new. It has been recently renovated/redecorated to a great standard. It had all the amenities we needed, which made our stay effortless and relaxing. From the cozy living spaces to the well-equipped kitchen and stylish/minimalist decor, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The hosts were fantastic — welcoming, responsive, and genuinely caring. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They even prepared a basket with lovely items for the stay (wine, coffee pods for the coffee machine, biscuits, etc) a very nice welcome touch - as well as providing us with teas, milk, butter, etc. In addition to this, the location was fantastic. 10-15mins walk to Carbis Bay beach (it is a beautiful and peaceful walk though the forest) 30-40mins walk to the centre of St Ives (you can walk from Carbis Bay beach though the forest and go to Porthminster Beach or to the centre - it is a great walk. The house is just 15mins walking distance to a large Tesco. This is a very comfortable house for 8 people and I would even say that 2 extra kids can easily sleep on the sofas located in the living room (sleeping 10 people in total). The wi-fi works perfectly if you need to work. 3 of the 4 rooms are equipped with a table with usb sockets and plugs. BBQ is also available at the house and nice well done garden, small but it’s pretty. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, top-quality place to stay. A real gem in Carbis Bay!
It’s not that I didn’t like it — the driveway is actually quite spacious once you’re parked. However, if you’re driving a larger vehicle (such as a Volvo EX90, Range Rover, Ford Tourneo, Hyundai Santa Fe, or Mercedes GLS), it might take a couple of careful maneuvers to reverse and park properly. That said, if you have a smaller car, parking is effortless from the start. The driveway can easily accommodate two large vehicles parked one behind the other, which is definitely a plus. Just something to be aware of if you’re arriving with a larger SUV or van.
