Room was cozy and quiet, bed was comfortable. Location is ideal for visiting newcastle city center and is very close to Northumbria university campus. Owner was very helpful.

Location was great to visit my son at northumbria uni. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Clean towels provided. A bottle of water each and my other son loved the sweets. Clear instructions how to access the property given. Toilets and bathroom locked and clean. Overall would stay again
The fridge needed emptying, it had old stale milk in it but no need to use this. The shower plug was a bit grotty but again, no intention to use it. Would have preferred it if the room locked from the inside. No issue but would have felt safer if it did.

There was nothing special about this location other than the fact it was very close to where I was going
On arrival I didn't know how to gain entry as I wasn't notified prior to leaving and it was sent by email which I had no access to once I left home, I had to wait for someone to come and let me in, I was told my room and it looked quite nice but then they moved me to a different house than the one that was on my booking, although this was better for parking as it had it's own frontage (The street parking is resident permit only, how ever they did give me a permit later but it wasn't meant to be used for visitors on long stays so although appreciated it was bit dubious and concerning). so back to the house I was moved to, at least I could park there with no issues or worry but the room was much smaller, older and in disrepair, the curtain rail fell off the wall when I caught the curtain on the last morning. I don't think I would use it again with the uncertainty over parking and house/room allocation, perhaps better communication or details prior would be helpful.
