The location was great. Just outside town, so it was quiet, but not too far. Easy to navigate the roads around this area. The beds were comfortable, and the facilities were fine. There is quite a bit to do within short driving distances. The checkout process was easy, and the requirements were not difficult to accomplish. We only had 2 people here, so there was plenty of space for us. I can imagine it would be slightly cramped with 4 people.
This cabin was not as clean as it should have been. Whatever cleaner is used on the floors was sticky, so dirt just sticks to the floor. When we walked around barefoot inside, our feet got super dirty. There was hair in the shower when we arrived, and we noticed some of the kitchen utensils were dirty when we tried to use them. The drip pans under the burners on the stove were very dirty. The point of contact was supposed to reach out to us before check-in time with the code, but they did not. We had to use an alternate contact to get the code into our cabin. The wifi was spotty and unreliable, but being in such a remote area, there may not be many options to fix this issue.
