2020/21 renovated modern vacation home (105sqm) with partially fenced garden (125sqm) over 2 floors for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (+1 baby).

Separate fully equipped modern kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and small dining area. 2 bedrooms with double bed, each with 2 separate mattresses. Children's room with bunk bed (mattress length 160cm). 1 bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor. 1 bathroom with shower and separate WC on the upper floor. Direct access from the house to the private terrace with seating furniture, gas barbecue and lawn (partially fenced). Washing/drying machine available. Ironing board/iron available. WLAN and Internet TV free of charge.
Bicycle/motorcycle cellar accessible via separate outside entrance. 3 free parking spaces available directly in front of the house. Non-smoking house. No pets allowed.
