Phoenix Gulf Towers 1508 is a stunning four-bedroom, four-bath corner unit on the 15th floor that sleeps up to 18 guests. This immaculately decorated condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking Gulf views.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower, and separate tub. Each of the three guest bedrooms is furnished with two queen-size beds and has its own private bathroom.
The spacious living room provides ample seating with two large couches, two recliners, and swivel chairs, along with two queen-size sofa sleepers for additional guests. Large flat-screen TVs are placed throughout the unit for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a dining table that seats eight, and a breakfast bar with four additional barstools. A wet bar with a sink and ice maker adds extra convenience for entertaining.
The expansive tiled balcony is furnished with durable Pollywood furniture, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the stunning Gulf views. This luxurious condo is designed for comfort and style, making it the perfect retreat for large groups seeking an upscale beachside getaway.

This property is stunning! There is enough room to house a small army (family) without feeling cramped. The views are one of a kind & we are beach, cold dranks people; there was no need to leave! We all caught ourselves just staring out the panoramic windows! If woe don’t bring our boat, we will definitely rent again!!! Word of advice: BOOK IT!

We were impressed by the furnishings in the unit. Only one issue occurred and it was addressed in a timely manner (hot water heater had a blown fuse). The unit was very clean and the location was perfect! The pools seemed to be maintained in great condition on the property. One issue arose in that we booked a unit that would sleep up to 20 people but the parking was limited to (3) passes which is a challenge for anyone wanting a larger unit to rent.Overall an excellent experience!
