Located in a great family friendly neighborhood. The area is fairly quite with the occasional road noise. You will be located just minutes from waterfront and nearby numerous restaurants and coffee shops. There is a lot to explore and activities to do in the area.
Getting around is very convenient as you’re less than 5 minutes from the waterfront, with quick access to Highway 500 and I-5. Portland International Airport (PDX) is just across the bridge, and downtown Portland is only about 10 minutes away.
Distance to different areas:
- 2 miles to Downtown Vancouver
- 2 miles to Highway 500
- 2 miles to I-5
- 11 miles to Downtown Portland
- 12 miles to Portland International Airport
- 35 miles to Multnomah Falls
- 65 miles to Mt. Hood
- 88 miles to the Oregon Coast (Seaside)

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and accommodating to all our needs. Check in/check out was easy just would have liked if the check in and check out instructions were included all together to better suit our arrival and departure. As far as the kitchen everything worked great!

Came Down for 55 Sectionals. Other houses fell through, accidentslly found this gem. Marcus was super nice and responsive. New listing so some essentials were missing, he personally brought it over for us! Love the set up of his rental. Lots of room, open concept in livingroom, dining room, and kitchen so can easily be together even if you are the cook. There is a cute little deck off the dining area where the BBQ grill, little table and chairs and cute lights. I found the decor very relaxing. Bedrooms each their own personality. Nice and comfortable. This is a townhouse but very spacious. Bedrooms, laundry, and both full baths are upstairs. There is a "powder room" downstairs. Nice that you don't have to run upstairs to go to the bathroom. We didn't have time to use the air hockey table in the garage. The parking is a little awkward since the adjoining townhouse is on the inside and they need to be able get out. I parked one car in an angle close to the front door area and hugged the garage door but stopped at the edge of our garage door frame. The 2nd car parked along the wooden fence at the edge of the cement parking pad towards the street. We didn't feel there was enough room on NE 34th St. to park next to the house, your car would be partially out on the road and that road is narrow. For our 3rd car we parked close and along the fence butting up to the 2nd car. We were very happy with our stay and Marcus, our host was awesome!

We came to Vancouver for the northwest regional rowing competition, and the location was ideal for what we needed. The house was spacious and accommodated our large family. While the inside of the home was clean and very neat, the outside did have garbage and trash throughout the shared driveway. The home was not advertised as a duplex so that was surprising when we got there and the neighbors in the house connected were loud late into the night. Often heard going up and down the stairs frequently. Other than that, the location was perfect. The home had all of the amenities we needed and was very clean on the inside. We would likely stay here again when traveling to Vancouver.
