PARKING: There is one (1) designated parking spot in the back of the property.
Vehicles—including trucks—that are larger than a mid-sized SUV (e.g., Honda CR-V or Toyota RAV4) are not permitted to park in the designated space, as they may obstruct our neighbors' ability to park. Street parking is available nearby if needed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As the unit shares a wall with our neighbors and is located in a townhouse community with closely spaced homes, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please NO RUNNING/JUMPING/STOMPING on the stairs. Maintaining a great relationship with our neighbors is important to us to continue hosting you and future guests! If you're unable to adhere to these rules, this may not be the best fit for your stay.

HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in time is after 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Please be respectful of the neighbors as this home is in a very respectpable and quiet residential neighborhood.
Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, and heater.
Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
BALCONY USAGE:
Please be mindful of your noise levels while using the balcony. As this is a townhouse community with close proximity to neighbors, it’s important to avoid causing disturbances.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays (A minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed)
- No smoking of any kind in the house. ($1,500 fee will be applied)
- No loud noise/music or running/jumping on the stairs during quiet hours, 9 PM - 7 AM.
- No additional overnight guests. Please reach out if needed.
- No pets ($500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied).
- No mail / packages delivered to the property.
- No moving / Rearranging of the furniture
- No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, lamps, etc.
- No pre-checking bag storage
- No blocking driveway parking
- No shoes inside the property.
In the event of early termination due to violation of House Rules, your reservation will be non-refundable. Additionally, if we discover that house rules have been broken, we reserve the right to file a claim with Airbnb.
These HOUSE RULES enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
Cancellation Policy: Strict
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we adhere to our cancellation policy. This ensures you’re covered in case of any unexpected changes to your plans.
Release of Liability:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Property Disclosures:
We have 2 actively recording cameras overlooking the rooftop and door entrance which record video and audio of live motion movement in the area. There is also smart home decibel monitor in the living room/dining area which actively record noise decibel levels. The decibel monitors do not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
