About this apartment rental
Elegant apartment on the second floor, located in the heart of the historic centre, with a view of Campo Bandiera and Moro (or Bragora). Only 500 metres from St. Mark's Square, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The property consists of a bright living room, a spacious dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms (two triple and one double), a charming balcony with city views and two shower bathrooms. The interiors are enriched with designer furnishings, beautiful exposed beams and typical Venetian terrazzo flooring. The apartment is part of a residence where you can also book the penthouse on the upper floor, request information if interested. Maximum capacity 8 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

We loved this property! It worked great for our family of 7. The beds were super comfortable and you can walk to all the major sites. It was also very clean!

Our first trip to Venice, what an intriguing city! Upon arrival we were beyond pleased! The apartment has been modernized and tastefully decorated with modern decor. We didn’t realize when booking what a great location this was in the Castello neighborhood. We had no complaints whatsoever other than the apartment required going up 4 mid-size flights of stairs and the apartment was infested with mosquitoes. One of our friends got over 30 bites one night and all had trouble sleeping to the buzz of mosquitoes in the air. While the apartment balcony overlooks a headquarter we were unable to keep the doors or windows open for fear of more infestation. While this property gets a 5 star rating for location and appeal, it gets an F until the mosquito problem is resolved! Occupants beware.
