Just one mile from the Parkway and minutes from Dollywood, The Island, and Gatlinburg, this spacious lodge is designed for family gatherings, group vacations, and relaxing Smoky Mountain getaways.

Resort is still under development. Some construction activity may occur during your stay. Current pricing reflects this and refunds are not offered due to this reason.
Starter pack of essentials provided (paper products, toiletries, coffee). Bring additional supplies for extended stays.
No check-in or check-out on July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or December 31.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

House Rules – Kettle Knot Retreat

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM (strict, 100$/every 30mins the guest delays checking out)
No parties, events or corporate events. Violations may result in eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. A $1,000+ fine will apply if violated.
No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction.
Maximum occupancy: 22 registered guests. Unregistered guests will incur additional fees.
Keep the cabin clean and dispose of trash properly.
Two large empty trash cans provided at the time of checkin and will be emptied upon checkout. If mid stay pickup is required it is available at 50$ for next day service.
Excessive mess, damage, or trash left behind in the cabin may result in extra cleaning or damage fees.
Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and hot tub.
No glassware near the pool or hot tub.
No open flames, candles, or unauthorized fire pits.

Expect wildlife including bears, raccoons, and insects.
Do not leave food or trash outside.
Keep doors and windows closed.
Bug spray is recommended for outdoor activities.

* Weather & Travel Insurance
No refunds are offered for weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests.

* Amenities & Starter Pack
Linens, towels, starter coffee, and toiletries provided.
Guests should bring additional supplies for longer stays.
