Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 62 m² flat for rent in Valentigney that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 33 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 121 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 33 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, armchair and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- 16 m² bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a desk
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private garden of 121 m², not enclosed, with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Valentigney, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Château de Montbéliard: the Museum of the Castle of the Dukes of Wurtemberg
