Nestled in the peaceful Umbrian countryside at the foot of Mount Subasio, this holiday home offers a relaxing retreat for families and groups. Just a few kilometers from Assisi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, it blends comfort and nature. The property features well-appointed apartments with cozy beds, air conditioning, and views of gardens and rolling hills. Guests can unwind at the shared swimming pool, enjoy drinks at the small bar, or stay active with tennis and soccer facilities.
Its prime location allows easy access to central Italy’s cultural and natural highlights. Explore Assisi’s historic streets and landmarks, wander Perugia’s lively squares, markets, and cafes, or take a scenic trip to Lake Trasimeno. Nearby Foligno offers charming streets and historic sites for memorable excursions.
Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Daily housekeeping ensures a stress-free stay. The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 15, Sunday to Friday, with a midday break, and closed on Saturdays. Tourist Tax: €2.00/person/night from age 12.
