Casa Rubio is a vacation home nestled in a corner of peace and tranquility, where you can rediscover the value of the essential in close contact with nature. The setting is ideal for those who want to get away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city for a few days and is an excellent starting point for discovering the best hiking, mountain biking, running and cycling routes.
The house has two floors and has a total of two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, and a large living room with dining table. Private covered parking is available for one car and for any bikes or motorcycles.
Outside, you can enjoy a fantastic little raised garden where you can sip a drink while admiring the sea or comfortably sunbathe while reading a book.
The breathtaking view of the coastline and the silence of the woods make this house an ideal place for relaxation and well-being, just a few kilometers from the nightlife and services of Versilia.
In the nearby village of Pedona, one of the most characteristic villages in the Camaiore area, you can admire the 13th-century church of San Jacopo.
