Great location , with a great view. Rooms a comfortable, and they provide little extras to make your stay feel special. Staff is amazing!

The staff was very helpful & friendly. The location is ideal if you prefer the quieter, Touristic Port-side of Ostia, its restaurants & eateries along the marina strip otherwise, it’s a good 10-15 minute walk to the Ostia commercial & dining centre. The complimentary water bottles (still & sparkling) in the bar fridge, were convenient.
For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast selection for €10 p/p is limited, eg: only boiled & scrambled eggs available. No self-serve coffee & tea machines; however, a barista is always the only option during the breakfast run for hot, breakfast beverages. The second elevator on our side of the hotel stopped functioning towards the end of our stay.
Our double room with balcony & sea view was disappointing as there was no in-room kitchenette (tea & coffee service) Very limited complimentary toiletries & no tissues available. Our slide door was loose & continuously shook & battered throughout the night during the strong winds.
The TV channels kept freezing during strong winds. Impossible for any good TV viewing!
