Místo, bylo tak akorát od cetra asi 15 minut pěšky. V lokalní části, kde je více místních a nedaleko byla i hlavní silnice, kde byla skvělá pekárna, restaurace a pár dalších obchodů.
V ubytování, jsem nemohl při příjezdu rychle najít klíče. Pokud si objednáte WOLT, tak adresa se špatně objevuje na mapě také i taxi. K apartmánu byli jen jedny klíče. Vedle byla velmi hlučná stavba a od 7 ráno i sobotu nebo neděli pracovat skoro každý den. Upřímě jsem rád, že tam dlouhodobě nebydlím.

The apartment is very modern, clean, and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were exactly what we wanted. With a designated parking spot, the apartment is ideal if you have a rental car. However, it is also within very reasonable walking distance of downtown Larnaca and the Larnaca marina. We liked that it is located in a regular neighborhood and not part of a resort.
There were some issues related to the Wi-Fi password and the coffee machine, but we were able to resolve them. The only (minor!) thing that we did not like were the 'overstuffed' pillows. Of course, that's very subjective. :)

This aparment has the potential to be one of the best I've ever stayed in. If certain things were improved.
The service from the local host is very good. Responses are incredibly quick. Always polite and always striving to achieve the best.
The apartment is new and modern. The couch is very comfortable, the TV is huge the internet is now very fast and the chairs are comfortable.
My personal highlight was the incredibly large windows that take up an entire side of the house, allowing a lot of light to come in and making the whole place look very luxurious. Overall you feel very comfortable in the apartment. (When the construction work was finished for the day.) I think it will take a while longer.
The area is great. Great neighbors. Quiet and relaxed. A little outside the city, yes, but all the more relaxing for it. A bakery and 24-hour mini market are within walking distance.
Construction work takes place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. Sounds like a joke? But it's not. A new house is being built right next door. And it can be very, very loud at times! No chance of relaxing in the morning.
That's why I left early. Of course the owner can not control it but I think it should be mentioned in the listing!
The second negative is the bed. It's just too hard for me. Not so hard that you can't sleep, but hard enough to cause tension over time.
Last point: when the chairs scrape across the floor kzkzkzk. That means when someone above you does that you hear it and loudly. It can be quite startling. Suggestion to the local host: it might be worth trying to put something underneath them
