It’s location. It’s comfort and cleanliness.
I was a little confused as to what was my space and what wasn’t as it wasn’t all together. This was no problem for me but I think others would find it a bit strange.

Location was excellent and property was clean. Quiet bedroom. Owner easy to contact by phone, but email entry instructions only arrived at least 1 day after check in. Free parking at Minneplein was convenient in March, but beware 2hr parking limit on unmarked 'blue zone' streets.
Microwave and oven not working. TV's have no input signal/cables, so I couldn't get any picture. Bathroom heating not working. Front door open 24-7 giving safety/security concerns. Constant smell of stale smoke in stairway. Lighting dreadful except in bathroom (see photo of kitchen and living room). No dining knives, but lots of forks and spoons. Living room of no practical use due to layout, lighting and non working TV. Some of these problems previously mentioned in other reviews but apparently no action.
