Siamo appena tornate che dire....eccezionale tutto perfetto il posto,la pulizia,la posizione, la struttura, tutto perfetto siamo state benissimo e poi Francesco, una persona fantastica, sempre attento a ogni richiesta,ci ha coccolate in questo posto favoloso, torneremo molto presto e lo consiglio a tutti grazie per questa mini vacanza favolosa

This place is truly special. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature, silence, and incredible landscapes. During our stay we even saw wild hares and deer, which made everything feel even more magical. The interiors are beautiful and full of character, with so much attention to detail. Everything feels authentic to the Umbria/Tuscany atmosphere, warm, elegant, and very peaceful. The property was also perfectly clean. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of Francesco and his wife. They made us feel genuinely welcomed from the very first moment. His wife prepared a delicious homemade pie for us, there was coffee and thoughtful welcome treats, and Francesco even gifted us a jar of honey before we left. You can truly feel the love and care behind this place. Even days later we are still thinking about this experience and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Ruhige Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht und Sonnenuntergang! Sogar einen Fuchs, Hasen, Rehe haben wir gesehen! Originelles, rustikales, renoviertes Landhaus mit drei Wohnungen. Herzlicher Empfang durch Francesco. Sogar Kuchen, Pasta, Sugo, Wasser, Kaffee, Obst standen für uns bereit. Wir erhielten gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants.

Wohnung ist ziemlich dunkel, mit - für meinen Geschmack - zu vielen Möbelstücken und Dekoration im Stil Vintage / Brocante. Es passt zwar zum Haus....
