L&R - Affittasi Licia Home, appartamento con aria condizionata e Wi-Fi centralissimo a pochissima distanza da Ariston, Casinò e dal mare

The apartment had everything we needed, coffee machine, with coffee and sugar. There was a water heater, to make tea. The bed is AMAZINGLY comfortable, when you lay on it, you don't wanna get up 😅 There was a TV with Netflix. There was a balcony to take the morning coffee, drying racks on the balcony, there is a bathtub in the bathroom, the only reason why I chose this place is because of the bathtub. It's rare to find an apartment with a bathtub. There is a washing machine for the clothes, with all necessary products. In the entrance we had a booklet with lots of restaurant cards and all, which was very useful for us, since it was our first time in SanRemo. In the kitchen there was a fridge, a sink, a microwave, we didn't use the pans to cook, because we ate outside every day. The owner was always responding to every message I was sending. We even asked to stay a little more because we really enjoyed our stay. We didn't fill up the bathtub because we were always outside and forgot about it, but we used it to shower. Our stay was perfect, we loved it, the neighbors are calm we didn't hear any noise. I cleaned up everything before leaving and took out our trash bag. The only thing I didn't clean was the floor, I found at the last minute in the corner of the balcony, I didn't notice before 😅 Other than that, everything was great, thank you so much 🙏 I was not able to put all my pictures in here, but you can see more in my insta stories, just search: Cute62846 ✌️

I didn't like that there was not enough clips to hold the laundry on the racks, there was lots of wind and it was complicated. The light bulbs were not too much bright, we had to open the curtains to have the room with more light with the sun in the daylight. When we arrived after walking from the train station to the appartement there were lots of stairs and it was complicated with our luggage, we had 4 luggage 😅 I'm lucky I was not alone, my boyfriend was strong to bring them all up when we arrived and bring them all down when we left. We had nothing else that was negative, everything was great and we loved it.

Purtroppo quasi niente

La posizione, le scale per raggiungere il palazzo, mancanza di lenzuola nel divano letto che sembrava di dormire sulle tavole. Le pentole non adatte all’induzione . Mi dispiace ma il rapporto qualità prezzo era esagerato per 120€ a notte mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.
