The location for this house is 10/10. You can walk to local bars and restaurants. The lake and park are only 2 miles away. Less than 15 min drive to downtown. The house is older. The floors definitely need work. In some spots you can see through them to the basement. The place is very clean, great parking and adequate space. The window ac worked great. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but worked perfectly. We were in town for a football game so access to everything was terrific. The TV is only set up for paid channels. So we weren't able to watch the evening football games without going to a bar down the street. Very quiet, safe and walkable neighborhood. The property manager is very responsive with any questions or concerns.
