The place was immaculately clean. Toiletries and towels provided. The host was responding in a timely manner. Location is not far from Boston Manor Station. In general it was a very pleasant stay.

The location is good for people in West London. Close enough to the tube and parking is available outside of midday hours. The place was clean and have useful facilities. Wifi was easy and the shower was decent.
Rather randomly, there were no curtains, so light coming into the room early in the morning was pretty significant for light sleepers. Although on a rather narrow side gap, which I imagine no one would chance across, there was a window directly opposite the bed, again without a curtain that left me feeling a little exposed. The front door is semi shared with the main house adjacent and there was quite a lot of early morning movement of people to and fro from the host house, with doors being solidly closed. So all in all, I didn't sleep as well as hoped.
