Staff were very helpful. When we arrived we couldn't get in, so they quickly gave us the code. They also frantically apologised that the previous tenants left late so, so they did not have time to clean. We didn't overly mind because it wasn't entirely a mess, but at the same time we did need bed sheets so we told him that and he made sure to have them delivered on the day & also found a last minute cleaner. It was good value for the money, and honestly I wasn't expecting the most luxurious house ever. For what it was, it was good enough for a short stay.
House was somewhat untidy when we arrived & the code was wrong. I have a feeling the staff weren't aware we were actually staying that weekend. However despite this, they did hire a cleaner on the day. It was just awkward having her in the house whilst we were resting but we do appreciate the efforts. All in all, it was alright

Easy check-in and hassle free check out. The environ was quiet.
I couldn't get over the fact that no ironing facility was provided in a 2 bed house. We had a family occasion the next morning and had to get out very early to iron in my relative's house.
