100% sauber, es gab in puncto Sauberkeit nichts zu bemängeln. Küche,außer fehlendem Geschirrspüler , sehr gut ausgestattet. Vermieter sehr freundlich, bei einem kleinen Problem wurde zeitnah Abhilfe geschaffen. Ruhige Wohngegend, Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr bequem, man konnte gut schlafen.
Es gibt leider keinen Geschirrspüler, im Kinderzimmer war ein leicht muffiger Geruch wahrzunehmen, der trotz Lüften nicht behoben werden konnte. Im Winter ist die Wohnung recht kalt, leider konnte man nicht mehr als 22 Grad einstellen, da der Regel gesperrt war.
