Monolocale al primo piano (senza ascensore) vista montagna, con terrazzo panoramico e parcheggio condominiale, a 500 m dal centro turistico di Aprica e dagli impianti. Nonostante i soli 20 mq è arredato in modo moderno, razionale, confortevole ed è dotato di tutto ciò che serve per una breve vacanza invernale, compresi lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ganci per appendere ogni cosa, dotazioni cucina, bagno e pulizia. Divano letto facile da ripiegare e molto comodo, più di diversi letti veri trovati in altre strutture. Riscaldamento molto efficiente, pulizia impeccabile. Check-in online agevole, host (Alessandro) molto disponibile.
La biancheria da bagno comprende solo salviettone doccia e salviettine da bidet, manca l'asciugamano per il viso.
