About this house rental

Enjoy the sunset in your pet-friendly and children-friendly home with 1/2-acre backyard in a wonderful neighborhood. Directly across the street you`ll enjoy LaFountain Park with its skateboard park, ball field, fantastic playground, pavilion and large pool (pool open school summer break only). Also across the street is a huge public parking area plus Red Angel Pizza.
Commute less than 30 minutes to Fort Wayne, Defiance, Van Wert, and Bryan. Message me now to learn more.

Your 3br/1ba home includes fully equipped kitchen and fully supplied bath plus Roku TV, 300+Mbps Wifi, coded entry, washer/dryer/iron, coffee maker with coffee, icemaker, large backyard plus free off-street parking for 3 cars.
