A total of approx. 110 m² of living space is spread over a hallway, a very large living room with TV, an open, perfectly equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person, a tasteful bedroom with double bed and TV and another beautiful bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people with a pull-out bed for the third person. However, this bedroom is only suitable for one child due to its length. There are also games and books in this bedroom. Both televisions in the flat are Smart TVs and have Netflix reception. The flat also has a spacious bathroom with an infrared cabin for 2 people and a washing machine. From the living room you have access to the large balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture outside the winter season.
All windows in the property are triple-glazed.
You can store skis, ski boots, sledges and bicycles in the cellar room belonging to the flat. For the latter there is also a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house.
