This one-of-a-kind 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home sits on a spacious corner lot and features the largest front porch in the subdivision, offering breathtaking ocean views and the perfect place to relax and soak up the coastal breeze.
Step inside and experience a cinematic retreat where classic movie décor blends beautifully with coastal charm. Families will love the fun and thoughtful touches throughout the home, including a children's room designed for gamers and movie lovers, complete with an Xbox, tons of games, and a collection of movies for endless entertainment.
Outside, the fun continues with a fire pit for cozy evenings, corn hole and washers for friendly competition, and a popcorn machine for buttery movie-night snacks. Cinema Shores is located directly across from the community pool, and there is also a freshwater fishing pond beside the property, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and outdoor adventure.
Getting to the beach is simple. Hop on the 6-seater golf cart and take the community boardwalk, which is golf cart accessible for effortless trips to the sand and surf. With its unbeatable location, spacious outdoor living, and unforgettable movie-themed charm, Cinema Shores is the perfect getaway for beach lovers and film buffs alike.
And for those who love a good mystery, the owners repurposed an old piano and hid its pieces throughout the home. See if you can find them all.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Same-day bookings are not guaranteed.
• If you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• This home offers beach gear credit so you can select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

We loved this place! The interior of the movie theme was so awesome! The beds were very comfortable. The sofa and chairs were also awesome! The view was very nice along with the pool and the best part was the boardwalk to the beautiful beach. The outside garage, fire pit and swing was wonderful! We loved this entire place. The downside of this stay, has nothing to do with the property but the grounds is definitely not dog or people friendly. Every grassy area is covered in stickers/cockle burrs. There’s no grass you can walk in or take your dog in due to this horrible and not maintained grass area. They are so bad that the bottom of all of our shoes were covered in these horrible stickers/cockle burrs causing us to actually throw away our sandals. We suggest that the grounds keepers address this horrible issue as the owners deserve a grassy area that they and their guest can enjoy.

Amazing! This property was everything and more than we could have asked for. It was extremely clean, new, well designed floor plan, and in an incredible location. The private beach access which was accessible by golf cart made going to the beach easy and enjoyable. Community pool was wonderful for the evenings. Our family cannot wait to return and rent this unit again.
