About this house rental

This clean, minimalist home is newly renovated, with plenty of space (~1400 sq ft). Features modern finishes, brand new appliances, and a spacious, yet cozy stay for whatever brings you to Tacoma. Located steps away from the restaurants and entertainment on 6th Avenue in the quiet and safe neighborhood of the North End, this home is centrally located near the University of Puget Sound, Stadium District, Proctor, Ruston, and Old Town. Less than a 5 minute drive to major hospitals and about 20 minutes from JBLM. Washer and dryer available in unit for longer stays.

Of note, the basement level is separate unit.
