The house, part of a charming garden estate, provides direct access to the Zillertal Panorama High Alpine Road, allowing guests to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. In winter, the ski bus stop is right in front of the house, making it easy to access the slopes, while the garden offers a peaceful place to relax and take in the views.
In winter, there are countless activities to enjoy, including skiing, snowboarding, winter hiking, cross-country skiing, snow tubing, and even horse-drawn sleigh rides, ensuring there’s something for everyone. For summer guests, mountain biking and hiking trails start right from the house. You can also cycle along the Zillerpromenade, just 4 km away, or experience the unforgettable 50 km long Zillertal High Road. This panoramic route is one of the largest alpine roads in Austria and takes you to an elevation of 2,020 meters, offering unrivaled views. Whether for winter sports or summer adventures, this property is the ideal base for your Zillertal experience.
Special highlights include the opportunity to purchase fresh local products like bread, milk, eggs, bacon, and schnapps directly from the farm.
