Very spacious and well appointed apartment. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent location close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping. Entry easy with code for lock provided prior to arrival.
Hot as opposed to lukewarm water not consistently available.

House still needs a lot of work. Dirty walls in places, paint peeling off ceiling in spots, flooring in the upstairs hallway separating, what looked like mold on the ac unit in the upstairs large bedroom. Handrail was falling apart completely rotten and actual stairs felt unsafe like they needed to be replaced. Washer did not work and technician never showed when they said he would to fix it. The was a huge inconvenience for us.There were only three glasses in the kitchen etc. very few towels in the house and with the broken washer we literally had to SHARE towels! Solution we were given was sending our clothing out to a laundry service and them reimbursing us but we had NO time to do that once it was finally offered as we were on a strict schedule and were told someone was coming the day before while we were out but they never showed up. At that point it was not going to be fixed until we were gone and we needed the items that would have been sent out. All around it could have been worse but was not as described and not worth the money. Host was friendly and pleasant when we were able to get ahold of him. As consolation we were given a 1 hour extension on checkout. 🤦🏻♀️
