location was great - both for the town and Butlins. (Both within a 5 min walk)
rooms were very nice and comfortable - kitchen was well equipped ( also communial kitchen on 1st floor)
I will say parking but it really was not an issue £9.20 for 24 hours and literally a 2 min walk away

Lovely flat, very clean and very close to the beach! Kitchen was perfectly equipped and the beds were super comfy!
Parking was paid parking in the car park but could only do 10 hours at a time - really annoying. We travelled with an my nan and the stairs were quite tricky for her to get up despite saying 1st floor, there was 3 sets of stairs!

Schön eingerichtetes Apartment, gut geeignet für 3 Personen mit Hund, sehr schön, dass kein Aufpreis für den Hund verlangt wurde. Tolle Lage, zu Fuß zwei Minuten bis zum Strand, aber auch in die Innenstadt mit Restaurants und Geschäften.
Die Übergabe des Codes für den Zugang zur Wohnung verlief hochkompliziert. Obwohl ich mehrmals betonte, dass es sehr schwierig ist, auf der Reise das Formular auszufüllen, dass ich nur über das Smartphone bekommen habe, bestand die Unterkunft mehrmals darauf, dass sie genau dieses Formular braucht - obwohl ich den Preis ja bereits bezahlt hatte! Eine Zusendung aller gewünschten Dokumente per WhatsApp wurde ebenfalls zunächst nicht akzeptiert - erst nach sehr anstrengenden langen Telefonaten wurde uns dann doch noch der Code geschickt. Das war schade in einer ansonsten sehr schönen und angenehmen Unterkunft.

Very close to the promenade and shops, nice little apartament with a chance to cook as it has own kitchen, also washing machine available ,perfect for a stay with kids. Definitely will come back in the future and will recommend to a friend.
It was hot as it is located on the 2nd floor, but with the hot weather outside this is probably a normal thing.The fan is available.
