Everything is very prefect for our stay of almost a week there

Where should I start. This was our work trip so we chose it to be more comfortable stay for a longer period of time. The check in was nice, the guy who worked that day was super polite and helpful, thanks for that. When we entered the room, it was not clean. The floor was sticky, the shower door did not work properly. After a while we noticed that the electicity in the kitchen does not work at all. The guy who worked that day solved this problem and gave us another room. The next room was not better, also dirty, the walls are dirty, the doors also, you can see that some liquid was spilled on the door, the floors was also dusty and dirty. Only the bed was clean. No shampoo and shower gel, there was nothing to wash the dishes with also. If you stay for a longer time this is a must. The room was not cleaned all 6 days that we stayed. Now about the other facilities that they provide. Game room: damaged pool table and broken cues, impossible to play. There is a playstation, but no controlers so zero use of game room. The fitness room also, only the treadmill was working, everything else was broken and I was not able to use it. All in all the hotel is so poorly maintained, what you see in the pictures is completely another story when you see what it really looks like. And a cherry on top, when I checked out, the lady who worked that day was super rude, I have never had this kind of experience with the hotel administration. So good luck with that attitude! I just want the people to know where they go before they book this hotel. I would not reccomend it for anyone.
