Note: This is a shared accommodation. It was my first time living in a shared house and my experience here did not disappoint.
The host was very accommodating. She answered all of my queries before booking and even when I was already staying there. The necessary amenities were provided - cookware, washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board, towels, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc. My room (Room 2) had its own toilet and sink, which was a huge plus for me; and it was also located on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The location was about a 5-min walk away from the bus stops. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and there is also Asda located nearby.
My room was adjacent to the kitchen and dining area so I can hear all the noise whenever someone is there. Personally, I'm not really bothered by it, but if you like to have a quiet room, then Room 2 is not ideal. The door also makes a loud squeaking sound when you open/close it. It is also located near the airport so you could hear the planes as they land - you'll get used to it after a few days of staying there. The wifi connection isn't that strong and it sometimes goes off so I wasn't really able to use the TV for Netflix or Youtube, but the data connection is strong.

Very clean room and all areas and well planned facilities to use.
We would like to cook but didn't get time.
Location is very close for everything within minutes.
