War sehr zufrieden! Tolle Ausstattung, perfekte Lage zentral in Hamburg. Hatte im Zimmer ein Problem, dies wurde schnell gelöst. Gute Erreichbarkeit / schnelle Antworten innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten über Booking wenn man mal Fragen hatte.
Eine Badezimmertür konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Die andere Badezimmertür quietscht sehr laut beim Öffnen und Schließen.
Der Boden knarrt an einigen Stellen (Küche). Mein Zimmer war direkt an der Küche anliegend. Da die Wände relativ dünn sind, war es beim Schlafen teilweise schon störend.

Very bright room with good furniture, spacious bathing rooms, everything well organised.
Mattress was a bit saggy already; also I didn't like that there was no slatted frame underneath, heat and humidity was trapped.
Staircase to the bed is very steep and without railings! I had to pay good attention when going up and down.
Kitchen is not equipped with standard spices such as salt and pepper. Would be nice to have some basics there!

Die zentrale Lage war sehr toll. Man konnte zu Fuß viel erreichen und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür war klasse.
Ich hätte mir für die Küche ein paar mehr Besteck und Geschirr gewünscht, aber im Grunde war es ausreichend, wenn man jeden Tag die Spülmaschine angemacht hat.

Lage war super. Alles ist Fussweg entfernt. Personal super freundlich. Elektronische Schlüssel super praktisch.
Man braucht zwei Apps, um reinzukommen, und man muss sich vorab anmelden und zugeschickte Anweisungen durchlesen. Etwas komplizierter als normale Hotels, da kein Personal auf dich wartet. Plus, die Wände sind papierdünn. Von Telefongespräche bishin zu Schritte hört man alles
